LAB/04 — FIELD LOG
Recent work
A running 2x server transferred onto Paradox managed hosting: files, wipe schedule and plugins carried over, BattleMetrics reconnected. The owner kept playing; we kept the pager.
Zero data lost. Live the same day.
Lag graphs, console errors and plugin reports for each managed server in one place, so a problem is found before a player reports it. Built in-house, runs on our own hardware.
Every server reports in every few seconds.
The site you are reading. Product store with card and PayPal checkout, licence issuing and hardware-locked activation, a customer portal for jobs and downloads, quote intake, invoicing, and an admin board behind it.
Store, licensing, portal, quotes and invoicing in one system
Chat bridge, event logs, tickets, giveaways, account linking and map-vote wipes from one managed bot per server. Owners sign up on the site and get a bot; no VPS, no scripts, nothing to host.
One managed bot per server, nothing to host.
When a quote comes in, the bot opens a private voice room for that customer, records the call, and files the recording with the quote. Nobody has to remember to hit record.
A private room per customer, recorded automatically.
Three tamed NPC companions built on one shared base: a Bradley, a Heli and a Scientist that follow you and fight for you. Sold alone or as the Pet Pack, and updated together.
Three plugins, one codebase.
Five Rust plugins built against the Power Trip update, which made the powergrid decay-based and cooperative. That works on vanilla PVP and falls apart on everything else. The suite puts the grid, the recyclers, the crude oil chain and the satellite crashes back under server control.
5 plugins covering the grid, fuses, recyclers, crude oil and satellite crashes
A server performance profiler that attributes lag to the player, the grid square or the entity type responsible, instead of reporting a frame time and leaving the admin to guess. Profiles the runtime and the network layer and reports to Discord.
Attributes lag by player, grid square and entity type
Creates a private support channel per job, tells the customer when their job status, notes, invoices, payments or deliverables change, and delivers licence keys by DM on purchase.
Per-customer support channels and six automated customer notifications
Twenty PayNow store themes built from scratch, from a free starter to a premium tier. Every one ships the complete template set, including all six PayNow modules, and switches its whole colour scheme from a single dropdown.
20 themes; 18 of them ship 4 or more colour skins; 58-65 store-owner options on the premium tier
